ZAGREB - Američko zrakoplovstvo prvi put je izvelo napad na položaje Islamske države (IS) nedaleko od Bagdada, objavilo je središnje zapovjedništvo američke vojske, čime se širi područje operacije američke administracije protiv te ekstremno surove militantne skupine, dok pristalice IS-a upozoravaju Amerikance da se ne upliću, jer će i sami postati mete džihadističkih napada.

"Zračni napad jugoistočno od Bagdada prvi je napad izveden u sklopu naših proširenih operacija, koje više nisu ograničene samo na zaštitu naših građana i humanitarnih misija, nego udaraju na ciljeve IS-a kao potpora iračkoj vojsci u ofenzivnim akcijama", kaže se u priopćenju američkog Centcoma, zapovjedništva američke vojske nadležnog za Bliski istok i središnju Aziju.
