Španjolski sud presudio je u srijedu da je Julio Iglesias (75) otac 43-godišnjeg muškarca, riješivši tako trideset godina star spor utvrđivanja očinstva pošto se slavni pjevač odbio podvrgnuti DNK testiranju.

Javier Sanchez-Santos rođen je 1976. godine. Majka mu je portugalska plesačica Maria Edite Santos. Julio Iglesias ima pravo žalbe na presudu.

Now, aftr a whole life legaly battling, and 18 years after the High Court decision, Javier has a DNA proof of the singer that was got in Miami, and reopens the paternity legal issue. The biologic evidence and the DNA Test result of it will lbe attached to a new demand of paternity recognition. Troje djece ima iz bivšeg braka s Isabel Preysler, među kojima je i također slavni pjevač Enrique Iglesias (44). Petero je iz veze sa sadašnjom suprugom Mirandom Rijnsburger.
